Program Integrator (PI)
Raytheon’s Naval Tomahawk Program is hiring a Program Integrator (PI) who will report to and take directions from the Production Program Manager. The PI will support ongoing and future production contracts. This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility. Relocation assistance is NOT available. U.S. citizenship and a current Secret security clearance are required.
What You Will Do- Coordinate activities that pertain to reporting EVMS data.
- Facilitate critical meetings, including developing the initial baseline and the Internal Baseline Review (I ).
- Implement RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) in terms of internal gate and independent reviews, providing detailed activity support to the Program Manager.
- Execute and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirements and Raytheon policies related to EVMS implementation and execution.
- Prepare Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) for submission to program controls and planning, facilitate EAC & LRE inputs, and provide meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results.
- Aid with analysis of cost and schedule performance.
- Provide variance narrative assistance and assess look‑ahead details.
- Analyze EVM, cost, labor, and schedule reports to identify trends and drivers using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools.
- Lead the Risk Review Board, meeting monthly to address existing risks and mitigation plans, and considering retiring or adding new risks as necessary.
- Act as counterpart for the Government Risk Manager and partner with the Government counterpart to support the joint risk process.
- Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) compliance.
- Raytheon and RTX business acumen.
- SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities among programs and functional areas, and deliverables.
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Prior EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems) experience or a similar system/program.
- Prior CAM (Control Account Management) experience or a similar discipline.
- Prior experience with SAP, APEX, or a similar system.
- Prior program/project management experience.
- Program Management Level 6 Certification or equivalent.
- Experience with RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), EVMS, and Risk Management tools and processes.
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of management and customers.
- Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills.
- Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
- Ability to manage various tasks, requirements, and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals.
