SM-, Engineering Business Analyst, P3, Active Secret Clearance; Onsite

What You Will Do

• Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program Leads with monthly earned‑value management (EVM) inputs, budget change requests (BCRs), and EVMS process inputs.
• Develop estimates at the Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) levels each quarter and month respectively, including cost, risk, and opportunity assessment.
• Perform detailed earned‑value and financial analyses to verify baseline, schedule, and forecast positions, and prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances.
• Facilitate EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly cost and labor run analysis using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management‑reporting tools.
• Communicate analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders and drive predictable cost and schedule outcomes.
• Work independently and collaboratively with functional organizations to ensure program financial commitments are met.

• A university degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience using SAP, APEX or other enterprise systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Active, transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Preferred experience:
  
  Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), or other government procurement regulations; process, project, or tactical management within a single work area; ability to work effectively with coworkers.
