Salary Range: $157,200 - $298,800 USD.

• Partner with multiple program area directors and leadership teams to ensure sound business decisions in program implementation and new business & strategy.
• Effectively manage all financials for a complex portfolio.
• Drive business financials while maintaining accountability across programs on both short and long-term initiatives, closely monitoring and measuring performance.
• Construct the business’ Long‑Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan.
• Develop and oversee financial forecasts for bookings, sales, earnings, and net cash.
• Provide financial briefings and communications to customers, the Finance Leadership Team, SCM/Ops, Engineering, and PMO Director.
• Partner on new and innovative cost strategies in support of competitive captures.
• Develop a team of multiple managers and direct reports, setting performance expectations, evaluating, planning career development, and recognizing rewards.
• Manage business processes, including Estimates at Complete (EAC), customer reporting, proposal and start‑up gates, working capital management, and earned‑value qualification.

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Professional experience in a related finance role.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• Experience with earned‑value management.
• Leading and managing multiple people or teams.
• Experience in proposals and competitive capture.
• Experience leading profit‑and‑loss across production and development.
• An active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance is preferred.
