Raytheon has an opening for a Manager, Contracts in the Strategic Initiatives portfolio within the Air Power strategic business unit. In this job, you will be responsible for the leadership, management, and administration of a broad portfolio of contracts on the Storm Breaker® Programs.

The position will be well suited for a highly motivated, well-organized person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. This role will support the various phases of the program lifecycle which may include development, sustainment, integration and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Responsibilities include working closely with the Contracts Lead, Program Directors, Senior Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Proposal Manager, Business/Estimating and Supply Chain to construct, submit and negotiate pricing proposals;

providing support to senior management regarding contractual and business issues; ensuring that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies; advising management of contractual rights and obligations and possible mitigation of contractual/program risks; examining and understanding cost structure estimates of labor, material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
