Overview

Property Records Specialist within Raytheon Property Operations Records Management Team. Supports property records management activities in a complex environment responsible for managing government, customer, and company property records. Contributes to a culture of improvement and efficiency, driving innovative solutions and affordability. Communicates effectively with customers to shape proactive relationships and ensure compliance with regulations, data integrity, audit protocols, and company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Support property records management activities in a complex environment for government, customer, and company property records.
  • Participate in a culture of improvement and efficiency, driving innovative solutions and affordability within the property records organization.
  • Communicate with customers (internal and external) to shape proactive relationships and ensure compliance with regulations, data integrity, records accuracy, and audit protocols.
Qualifications
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum three (3) years of experience.
  • Experience with Logistics, Operations, Contracts, Programs, Government Property, or Supply Chain.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) / (DFAR) compliance, interpreting and implementing contract property requirements.
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written, to collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Programs, Property, Supply Chain, and Customers.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and asset ERP systems; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word) including macros and formulas.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint; ability to adapt to changing situations and urgent requests; ability to build and maintain relationships; self-starter with minimal supervision; ability to manage priorities.
  • Ability to identify issues and drive process improvements; previous DoD experience;
    National Property Management Association, CPPS certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.

  • Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
