We are currently seeking a Manager, Contracts to join our Advanced  Alternate Missions and Space (AM&S) Contracts organization, which focuses on key pursuits as well as development efforts that serve as the growth engine and front end of the business, critical to the future growth of Raytheon. This unique and challenging role will include supporting program execution, key pursuits, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing contractual guidance, developing Intellectual Property strategies and novel contracting approaches.

• Work closely with the Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Business/Estimating, and Supply Chain to manage successful execution of contracts.
• Provide guidance to senior management regarding contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAA).
• Review Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Conduct proposal reviews and coordinate customer responses.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Support program management and execution reviews.
• Develop Intellectual Property and investment strategy.
• Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies.
• Minimal domestic travel required.

Contract with multiple Government and non‑Government customers via traditional and non‑traditional contract vehicles. Take an active role in the growth of yourself and others to meet both career and organizational goals.
