Rising Leaders Program – Servicing Operations

• Participate in a 12-month rotational leadership-development program
• Gain practical, on-the-job leadership and management skills
• Work in Loan Transfers, Operational Support, or Data Integrity
• Validate loan-level data
• Perform pre- and post-transfer audits
• Ensure complete documentation and image delivery
• Investigate root causes of operational issues
• Perform assigned duties under experienced personnel to gain knowledge for promotion to management
• Make decisions in real-world account management scenarios
• Perform business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process changes
• Receive training and perform duties across several functions
• Observe experienced workers to learn departmental methods, procedures, and standards
• Champion the Process Improvement discipline and implement project steps and tools
• Perform related duties assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
• Degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics preferred
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to varied audiences, including operations staff and senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to respond well to pressure and deadlines
• Experience with PowerPoint and Visio a plus
• Ability to adapt and willingness to learn
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Applicants requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible, including temporary work authorization such as F-1 students on OPT or STEM OPT
• Must have a smartphone meeting Company security standards and able to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator
• Will be required to attend company-sponsored training classes and attain certain certifications
