Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Operations and Supply Chain(OSC) Naval Air Missiles(NAM) Team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain activities across the Raytheon portfolio of products. You will collaborate with leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, and Programs and leverage a variety of quantitative and qualitative data sources to assess current-state performance, define strategic priorities, and drive initiatives that enhance quality, delivery, cost, and mission readiness.
As a member of the NAM OSC leadership team you will work on key strategic projects and day-to-day tactical execution. This role is well suited for individuals who bring an understanding of operations, logistics, supply chain, and material management in engineering or aerospace environments.
- Understand and define operations current state and use a combination of data analytics and qualitative methods to develop a prioritized set of opportunities and associated defined initiatives to impact NAM OSC objectives
- Alignment of the NAM OSC organization including leadership team collaboration activities, tasking, and execution reviews
- Develop and execute the operational and communication cadence
- Solicit and gather information/data from multiple sources and synthesize into concise executive level briefings by collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Understand and prioritize requests and actions based on critical business needs
- Act independently, and anticipate the needs of the OSC NAM leader, functional leaders, and geographically dispersed employees
- Project Management, coordination of events and site visits
- Develop, maintain or improve company-wide support networks to facilitate and leverage the resources available within Raytheon to accomplish assigned projects and tasks
- Travel to offsite locations on an as needed basis
You Must Have:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 year's experience.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and drive results in matrixed organizations.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience with developing a business case/ROI/financial analysis
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Finance
- Active U.S. Security Clearance
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
