Our client, a world leader in life sciences and biotechnology, is looking for a“Project Manager II – CDx Pharma Services” based in Tucson, AZ.

Job Duration:

Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $45/hr on W2

Seeking a Project Manager II to lead small to complex projects within CDx Pharma Services,driving initiatives from concept through completion. The role will manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product development, process improvement, and business projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, estimates, dashboards, andstatus reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines, requirements,and service commitments
    .
  • Monitor sample workflow and reporting activities to support operational execution and data integrity.
  • Manage CAPEX budgets, resource trackers, and capacity planning
    .
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and critical-path issues and proactively drivesolutions.
  • Maintain project documentation and lead lessons-learned/continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate project status and influence diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices,pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
  • Experience leading product development or process improvement projects
    .
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Abilityto work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Google Workspace
    .

  • Master’sdegree
  • PMPcertification
