About the Community:

Our Operations Coordinator will serve as an integral part of the community and will have significant interaction with the community's Board of Directors and homeowners. They will play a crucial role in executing our company's purpose statement:

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Assist Community Manager in all aspects of daily business and operations to maintain the management direction of the community association
  • Oversee related service contractors and vendors, interact with community residents and volunteers
  • Track leased units within the community
  • Maintains all association records as required by the governing documents, federal and state law and CCMC protocol
  • Works with Community Manager to ensure proper documentation of contracts, invoices and other expenses
  • Oversee daily office functions, answering phone, email, and assisting with walk‑in guests, ensuring that the needs and requests of the residents are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
