• Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Conduct proposal reviews and coordination
• Negotiate contracts (may include commercial Terms and Conditions)
• Review estimate at completion (EAC)
• Support program management and execution reviews
• Provide general contract administration support
• Provide guidance to senior management regarding contractual and business issues
• Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and possible mitigation of contractual/program risks

You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Subcontracts
• Procurement
• Acquisitions
• Contracts
• and/or Global Trade

Qualifications We Prefer Active US Government issued security clearance Department of War (DoW) Contracts experience.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
