Job SummaryOur Project Managers are responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and managing onsite construction budget and schedule activities, while providing leadership and expertise to ensure all work complies with project standards.
- Develop project plans (timelines, budgets, resources) and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate project teams through clear direction and regular meetings.
- Enforce safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental compliance on-site.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, approve financial documents, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure work meets industry standards.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and provide regular status, financial, and risk reports.
- Review, negotiate, and monitor contracts for compliance and favorable terms.
- Allocate and manage labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, including permits, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

- 3–5 years’ experience in heavy civil construction, engineering, field support, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills with staff, clients, and contractors
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction software
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- This position travel is required 85% - 90% of the time throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California
