Are you looking to take your project management experience to the next level? Our construction branch located in TUCSON is constantly growing due to new opportunities and is looking for an experienced Superintendent to partner with our field personnel and enhance our construction projects.

Highlights of what our Superintendents will do:

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously by providing technical guidance for field personnel
• Conduct percent of completion analysis to ensure project are on budget
• Provide support for the Operations team by determining production schedules
• Partner with foremen to ensure materials and labor for project needs are met
• Build relationship with clients and field personnel by conducting weekly job walks
• Understand client needs and identify cost effective enhancements and change orders to ensure profitability
• Communicate with onsite Superintendents to provide updates on project progress
• Strategize how to improve project performance and exceed goals

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Superintendent will include, but not limited to:

• At least 3 years of construction leadership experience
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
• Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with Irrigation Systems and plant landscape materials
• Expert time management skills

• Salary: $60,000-$65,000 depending on experience
