Our client is looking for a Site Coordinator / Construction Manager who will be responsible for acting as the Owner’s representative at the project site, ensuring contractors execute work safely and in alignment with design, cost, and schedule targets while fostering a collaborative "one team" culture under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework.

This role is for a hands-on Site Coordinator / Construction Manager who takes ownership of on-site leadership, integrated planning, and issue resolution, works with minimal supervision, and applies strong technical and collaborative judgment in a fast-paced mining environment. This position serves as a key leadership role on the project site, providing functional oversight of contractors and Owner’s staff while driving shared project outcomes across all teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical), Construction Management, or Project Management.
• A diploma or technical degree combined with extensive field experience.
• 15–20+ years of relevant construction experience within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6), contract administration, and risk management.
• Transparent communication skills and the ability to facilitate multi-party teams.
