Operate and manage heavy equipment (cranes, bulldozers, earth movers, front-end loaders, etc.) safely and securely, performing regular safety, maintenance, and service checks to ensure proper functionality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Operate and control heavy equipment for road work, excavation, lifting, and related tasks
- Follow signals and directions, coordinating effectively with staff and transport systems
- Perform regular safety, maintenance, and service checks on equipment
- High School Diploma required

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment (Excavator OR Loader)
- Strong understanding of safety practices and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions effectively
- Ability to travel to different job sites and/or states as required
