OGeez! is seeking a highly creative, ideas led Graphic Designer who has a passion for brand and packaging design to support our growing business, on a contract basis. This role will work closely with our Creative Director and marketing team to bring OGeez!’s vibrant brand to life across all touchpoints.

This is not just production work. We’re looking for someone who understands brand, packaging, retail, and storytelling — and knows how to execute creatively and consistently. This is a flexible, remote-friendly contract role ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves building consumer-facing brands.

• Brand and visual identity systems
• Packaging design and graphic systems
• Digital & social media assets (email, web, paid ads, etc.)
• Point-of-purchase (POP) displays and retail activation materials
• Event graphics and experiential design elements
• Marketing materials (sell sheets, pitch decks, one-pagers, trade materials)
• Swag and merchandise design
• Production-ready designs across print, digital, and retail

• 5+ years of professional design experience (CPG, cannabis, food & beverage, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and retail
• Mastery over a range of visual forms of expression; typography, color, layout, photography, etc.
• Strong illustration skills
• Exceptional eye with attention to detail
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and is energized by ownership and autonomy
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Understanding of print production and packaging deadlines
• Passion for copywriting and willingness to contribute to creative writing
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a Creative Director
• Experience in cannabis design a plus

• Estimated 15–25 hours per week (flexible depending on calendar)
• Remote available
