If you're the kind of designer who gets excited about clean layouts, strong branding, and seeing your work out in the real world—not just on a screen—this one's for you.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into eye‑catching visuals that support our properties, campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team, property teams, and vendors to create designs that are on‑brand, thoughtful, and impactful.

• Your work will be seen across properties, campaigns, and real‑world spaces
• You’ll have creative ownership across a wide variety of projects
• You’ll collaborate with a team that values creativity, consistency, and fresh ideas

You’ll design a mix of digital and print pieces, including:

• Flyers, brochures, signage, postcards, banners, and event collateral
• Social media graphics and digital ads
• Presentations and internal communications
• Promotional items and sponsor ads
• Our monthly newsletter—from concept to final delivery
• Review and approve vendor proofs for quality, color, and brand consistency
• Support property‑level marketing and leasing campaigns
• Help maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, Community Directors, and vendors
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, Fair Housing guidelines, and accessibility requirements

• 1+ year of hands‑on graphic design experience (property management or real estate a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro & Lightroom preferred)
• Experience designing for both digital and print
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing the details
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and translating creative direction into polished designs
• Bonus points if you enjoy photography or basic video editing
