The W.A. Franke Honors College is seeking a Multimedia Production Specialist/Coordinator to support podcasting, video editing, and content creation for social media and events. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in podcast production, audio/video editing, and/or graphic design, and will be excited to work in a collaborative environment on a wide range of projects.

Duties & Responsibilities Podcast Promotion & Distribution:

• Work with lead podcast producer to record, edit, and prepare
  podcast episodes for publication.
• Edit and maintain audio quality, file formatting, and
  uploading to hosting platforms.
• Schedule releases and coordinate episode distribution
  across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other platforms.
• Maintain podcast metadata, descriptions, and episode
  information.

Podcast Promotion & Distribution:

• Work with content strategist to develop and execute promotional
  strategies for podcast episodes.
• Create social media content to drive podcast listenership.
• Track analytics and engagement metrics across distribution
  platforms.
• Coordinate with content strategist on promotional timing
  and messaging.

Graphic Design & Visual Content Support:

• Design podcast cover art, episode graphics, and promotional
  materials.
• Create social media graphics to support marketing
  initiatives.
• Develop visual content for website and email promotion.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials using
  university guidelines.

Videography & Supplementary Content:

• Capture video content for behind-the-scenes podcast promotion.
• Create short-form video clips from podcast episodes for
  social media.
• Assist with event photography and videography for Franke
  Honors initiatives as needed.
• Edit and optimize video for various platforms and
  audiences.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Some experience in podcast production and audio editing.
• Experience creating content (graphics, photos, and/or video) for social media.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
• 1 year of
  relevant work experience is required.
