Description:

Follow all clients mandates and provide excellent customer service to customers. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence Accurately notate, complete, and file notes from the workday. Use an intense level of discretion while working with confidential customer information Work with Customer Service Management and senior leadership to stay updated on products and service knowledge and compliance policies.

Requirements: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment or retail Timely and dependable;
You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared Technologically savvy - You are comfortable working with new apps, software and Microsoft office products. Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and conduct. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential.

Shift: Day shift & Night Shift Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule. Some weeks you will work a day shift and other weeks a night shift. Shifts are 12-hour days.
