Service Receptionist
Job Responsibilities Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Answer and route incoming phone calls for the Service Department Schedule service appointments and update customer information accurately
Communicate customer needs clearly to service advisors
Maintain a clean, welcoming service reception and waiting area Assist with customer paperwork, signatures, and basic documentation
Support service department workflow and internal communication
Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Service Receptionist Qualifications Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Automotive dealership experience a plus, but not required
