As a Customer Service Representative with Tim Heffentrager Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Assist in setting appointments for Agent and other Team Members

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous 1-3 years insurance customer service experience preferred.
• Property / Casualty license required

Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
