Unifi Services - - Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, including boarding, baggage services, reservations and handling related queries or complaints;
Operate computerized ticketing and check-in system including boarding and baggage services;
Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine;
Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery;
Push wheelchairs with passengers through airport areas and adhere to safety procedures
