As an Auto Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers’ lives. You will guide policyholders through coverage needs and policy changes, address billing inquiries, and provide recommendations as you deliver world‑class service.
What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?- Starting Salary: $19.06 – $23.82 per hour / $38,405 – $47,997 annually
- Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends

Enhance customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
- Minimum 1 year of customer‑facing experience (3+ years preferred)
- Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided)
- High School Diploma or GED required;
College degree preferred - Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and empathy skills
- Adaptable, detail‑oriented, able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
