Claims Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting customers back on the road.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

• Customer-facing claims experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  College degree preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and empathy skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Starting Salary: $20.84 per hour ($41,992.60 annually).

Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
