Career paths start at $17.00 per hour plus unlimited commission (This includes an hourly base rate of $16.50 and an on-site differential of $0.50 an hour).
LocationThis role is on-site at our Tucson facility. Please apply only if you are able to work in person at our Tucson location.

Role DescriptionThis position is for wireless sales, so you will be handling mainly inbound calls from people looking to purchase wireless devices and services for businesses. You can also expect stability, encouragement, and a cooperative environment where you can learn, grow, and advance.
ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver world‑class customer service to inbound callers and utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. These calls will require processing of orders, updating accounts, updating records, effective multitasking, and strong attention to detail.
Requirements- Six months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
