Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: On‑site at 1650 South Research Loop, Tucson, AZ, 85710, US

Employment Type: Full‑time, $17/hr, +$1000 New Hire bonus

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll solve problems, listen actively, provide clear solutions, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to upsell services. Your calm under pressure and detail orientation enhance the customer experience.

• Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges encountered with our product or service.
• Listen actively to understand the root of the issue and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow‑up purposes.
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information.
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs.
• Provide recommendations and guidance in a way that adds value and enhances the overall customer experience.
• Use phone and computer systems consistently.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must live within 25 miles of 1650 S. Research Loop, Tucson, AZ.
• Strong computer navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication, exceptional listening and comprehension skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Financial experience is preferred.

• Must not be on any corrective action or performance plans.
• Must have held current position for 6+ months.
• Must have relevant industry/program experience.

• Relatively stable, climate‑controlled, call‑center environment.
• Ongoing use of phone and computer systems.

• Constant sedentary work.
