Job Overview

Career paths start at $17.00 per hour plus unlimited commission (This includes an hourly base rate of $16.50 and an on-site differential of .50 an hour). This role is on-site at our Tucson facility. Please apply only if you are able to work in person at our Tucson location.

• Handle inbound calls from people looking to purchase wireless devices and services for businesses.
• Deliver world‑class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency.
• Process orders, update accounts, update records, multitask effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have GED or High School Diploma.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
