team as an Express Service Advisor.

This role is a great fit if you enjoy helping customers and want to gain

valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced dealership environment. As

an Express Service Advisor, youll develop communication, organization,

and customer service skills while learning the ins and outs of service

operations. Youll play a key role in creating a smooth, positive

experience for customers by writing service repair orders and keeping

them informed every step of the way.

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective
service
  • Drive the sale of technicians  time to meet the department s sales
forecast
  • Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon
request
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and
possible changes
  • Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience
