Service Receptionist

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls for the Service Department
  • Schedule service appointments and update customer information accurately
  • Communicate customer needs clearly to service advisors
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming service reception and waiting area
  • Assist with customer paperwork, signatures, and basic documentation
  • Support service department workflow and internal communication
  • Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

  • Automotive dealership experience a plus, but not required

Corporate Hiring Requirements
