We are seeking customer account representatives who will provide excellent customer service in a retail‑type environment and drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers. The role is hands‑on and dynamic, managing store routes, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring customers receive the items they need.

• Provide great customer service while navigating in‑store routes and driving company delivery vehicles.
• Maintain and update customer accounts to adhere to company standards.
• Manage daily sales activities and delivery schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers and represent Rent‑A‑Center’s brand.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High‑school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
