Job OverviewThis position is for wireless customer service, where you will handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts. In addition to resolving inquiries, troubleshooting, and making account changes, this role plays a key part in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's experience through upselling wireless products and services – such as plan upgrades, device features, add‑ons, and promotions tailored to meet their needs.

You will deliver world‑class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. Those calls will require processing of orders, updating accounts, updating records, effective multitasking, and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications- Six months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
