This member services associate will support Sam’s Club’s Membership program by providing information on membership benefits, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and assisting members with purchasing decisions. The role balances customer service, safety compliance, and operational precision to ensure members receive accurate and timely service.

• Develop and support Membership by promoting the value of Company products and services

• Process Membership upgrades, credit accounts, and billing inquiries

• Participate in sales and marketing events and meet Membership goals

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations to Management

• Fulfill Member Fax‑n‑Pull, Click‑n‑Pull, and other order types with accuracy, including pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring secure handling until Member arrival

• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities and communicate progress

• Provide excellent member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services

• Apply Company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy and related action plans

• Demonstrate the Company’s core values of Respect for the Individual, Integrity, Customer Commitment, and Excellence in all interactions

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
