Job DetailsAs a Travel Concierge, you will play a vital part in supporting our Travel Advisors and ensuring clients receive a seamless vacation experience from booking through departure. This position combines administrative support, client coordination, and quality control, focusing heavily on exciting cruise and travel experiences. This is an on‑site position at our Tucson office and offers a stable, reliable role with a clear path for professional growth.

- Support Travel Advisors with active client bookings and vacation arrangements.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed client itineraries and travel documentation.
- Review reservations, confirmations, and travel documents for total accuracy.
- Coordinate directly with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
- Monitor booking deadlines, final payments, and outstanding reservation requirements.
- Perform quality control reviews before releasing travel documents to clients.
- Maintain accurate records within company CRM and reservation systems.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding relationship‑building abilities and a passion for helping others.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple details in a steady environment.
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using standard office technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and basic database or CRM software.
