As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in assisting taxpayers with their inquiries and issues while enjoying a balanced hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to taxpayers through various channels including Live Chat, Walk-ins, Correspondence, Calls, and Emails.
- Assist with filing, taxpayer education, refund disputes, billing issues, and understanding State of Arizona tax policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and make necessary adjustments to resolve taxpayer account issues across all four tax types.
- High School Diploma
- Basic office and computer skills
- Previous customer service experience or experience working with taxes
- Security clearance required
- Experience in customer service roles
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely, depending on the job or project needs. The workweek is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
