Twin Peaks Veterinary Center is looking for an experienced receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited, 4‑doctor practice. In this position you will utilize superior client service skills to their fullest—delivering the highest quality patient and client care. Candidates should be comfortable with computers, competent with multi‑line phone systems, and enjoy working with the public. We are a fast‑paced facility and place emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Variable shifts within normal business hours. Must be available to work Mondays & Tuesdays and/or Fridays & Saturdays.
Business hours are Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Shifts will vary within these hours.
- Pay range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, essentially depending on experience.

Our experienced team offers quality veterinary services to the pets of the local Arizona communities of Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, and surrounding areas.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Experience:
1+ years in retail sales or customer service preferred; experience in a medical facility desired. - Professional
Licenses/Certifications:
None.
- Effective customer service principles.
- Basic medical terminology knowledge.
- Basic proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Diplomacy in dealing with sensitive issues.
- Prioritization and multitasking in a high‑interruption environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive response to requests.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Regularly required to talk and hear; frequent use of computer for long periods; walking, standing, bending, reaching, grasping. Exposure to disinfectants, pet dander, excretions; low to moderate noise; ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted, 50 lbs with assistance; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
