True Coat Painters is seeking a Virtual Admin / Customer Service Representative to be the first voice clients hear. Answer inbound calls, web form submissions, texts, and emails during business hours; book estimates, coordinate calendars, and keep Drip Jobs up to date.
You will follow up leads, reduce no-shows, support customers after the sale, track weekly numbers, and help improve processes. This is a remote role with flexible hours;
Mountain Time availability is required.
