We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily front-line service operations. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers in person and over the phone while keeping communication organized across internal teams. The person in this role will help create a welcoming experience, coordinate service-related needs, and ensure administrative details are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers professionally and provide prompt assistance when they arrive or contact the office.
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with clear, courteous, and helpful communication.
• Coordinate scheduling needs and service-related updates with the administrative team and service department.
• Arrange customer interactions related to vehicle drop-off and pickup, and help ensure a smooth handoff throughout the service process.
• Enter customer, order, and appointment information accurately into internal records and tracking systems.
• Monitor email correspondence and follow up on requests to keep service activities moving forward.
• Support outbound communication for appointment confirmations, service coordination, and customer updates.
• Maintain organized documentation and assist with general office support tasks as needed.
