Sales and Customer Service Representative

In this inbound role
, you’ll take calls from existing and potential customers, answer questions, provide support, and introduce solutions that add value. You’ll help resolve billing issues, assist with service changes, and guide customers towards upgrades or new offerings when appropriate. With paid training

• At least six months of sales and/or customer service experience
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
