Insurance Representative, Customer Service Rep

As an Insurance Representative at Afni, you'll support customers of leading insurance brands by phone and digital channels. You will answer questions about policies, coverage, billing, and claims, while documenting interactions accurately and following compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from insurance customers with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, policies, billing, and claims status
• Resolve customer issues, document interactions, and update account information in Afni systems
• Educate customers on coverage options and assist with policy changes or payments
