Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Job Summary W e are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve inquiries or complaints. This role involves identifying client issues, offering solutions, and ensuring follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may handle inbound, outbound, or blended communications.

Key Responsibilities Res olve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Required Qualifications Hig h school diploma or GED preferred. 0–2 years of customer service-related experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in documenting and recording customer/client information accurately. Previous experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Preferred Qualifications (if any) Pri or experience in a call center or customer-facing role. Familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing s oftware.
