Wireless Customer Service Associate

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour plus commissions and bonuses

Royalty Solutions is seeking a Wireless Customer Service Associate to join our Tucson team. This position is ideal for a professional, customer-focused individual who is interested in wireless technology, customer support, and sales growth.

• Assist customers with wireless products, service plans, and promotions
• Answer questions and help resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Support daily sales goals and overall customer satisfaction
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance expectations
• Professional, dependable, and able to work well with a team
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
