Job Responsibilities
**** Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries
* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointment.
* Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and customer retention efforts
* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and dealership systems
* Follow up with customers, Service Advisors, and managers regarding service needs and appointments
* Promote dealership service specials and maintenance programs
* Meet appointment-setting and productivity goals

*** Service BDC Representative Qualifications
**** Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or administrative experience preferred
* Strong communication and phone skills
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer-service focus
* Dealership, CRM, or service scheduling experience is a plus
* Must be available to work varied shifts, including Saturdays
* Corporate Requirements*:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
