Extended Stay America (ESA Management, LLC) is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide outstanding guest service at the front desk. You will assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and process payments in line with company policies and standards.
The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to resolve guest issues using ESA’s Make it Right program, while maintaining a clean and organized lobby and front desk area.
