General Dentistry 4 Kids is offering a part-time opportunity as a Dental Hygienist at our office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.
QualificationsCERTIFICATIONS: Associate's degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
EXPERIENCE: None required. We provide any needed training
Job DetailsJOB TYPE: Part-time
SCHEDULE: Wednesday-Friday (Off at 2pm on Fridays)
PAY: Starting at $45 per hour

Summary of Essential Job Functions- Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, seating, draping, and soothing patient
- Record observations about the child’s dental health, including notes on any infections or other problems that may require attention
- Examine gums to assess levels of periodontal disease
- Maintain instrumentation by sterilizing and sharpening instruments
- Applying fluorides and other dental decay prevention agents
- Provide quality patient care and education regarding tooth and gum care
