Orthodontist – High Production & Earning Potential

Role Overview

Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a patient-focused Orthodontist (DDS/DMD) to provide high-quality orthodontic care in a high-volume, production-driven environment. This role is designed for efficiency and earning potential, with strong new patient flow and incentives tied to starts and case completion.

Orthodontists in this role manage a minimum of 85 patients per day
, supported by experienced teams and streamlined workflows.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and treat orthodontic cases (braces and aligners)
  • Manage high-volume patient flow efficiently (85+ patients per day)
  • Drive case starts and optimize treatment timelines
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Collaborate with General Dentists and clinical teams
What We’re Looking For
  • DDS or DMD with completion of an Orthodontic residency program
  • Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in high-volume orthodontic environments preferred
  • Strong clinical efficiency and time management skills
  • Patient-focused communication and treatment planning
