Requirements- DDS or DMD degree
- AZ Dental Board License
- Patience, compassion, and excellent bed‑side manner
- Daily guarantee for the first 90 days to ensure a smooth and confident transition
- Transition to a percentage of production/collections after initial period
- Strong earning potential in a healthy, well‑producing practice
