Position: Facilities Project Coordinator (ONSITE - Tucson AZ)

Position

Facilities Project Coordinator (Sr. Analyst, Facilities) – Tucson, AZ

Responsibilities
  • Manage small scope construction projects, defining scope, monitoring progress, and evaluating completion at the home site and other Southwest regional sites.
  • Prepare CAD‑based architectural and furniture plans, complete construction documents for bids, and produce detailed drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, interface regularly with business representatives, and collaborate with project management staff for move and construction services.
  • Coordinate procurement of office furniture and work with vendors to ensure plans are viable and cost‑effective.
  • Perform field surveys, maintain electronic documents, and use CAD software for accurate architectural drawings.
Qualifications – Required
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in construction or facilities, with AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in project management of vertical/horizontal projects, including schedule, budget, and quality control management.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and local amendments.
  • At least 1 year of AutoCAD use for preparing and maintaining facility drawings.
Qualifications – Preferred
  • Research skills related to project issues and products.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or office facility operations.
