• Outpatient medical setting.
• Single operating room environment.
• Collaborative CRNA supervision model.

• Monthly block scheduling
• Rotating schedule includes clinical hours plus call.
• Beeper call with a 30-minute response time required.
• Predictable recurring monthly commitment.

• Mix of Adult, Pediatric, and Neonatal cases.
• General Anesthesia and Neurosurgical head and spine.
• Transforaminal Lumbar and cervical procedures.
• Spinal Anesthesia, Central, PA Catheter, and arterial line placement.

• Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
• Active Arizona state medical license.
• Minimum of 24 months of experience.
• Current PALS certification.

• Standard timeframe is 60-90 days.
• Temporary credentialing available for faster placement.
• Full credentialing support provided.
