The position offers the chance to help guide the ongoing development of a Level II NICU, with aspirations toward achieving Level III designation.Position

HighlightsLevel II NICU with an average daily census of approximately 5 newborns.

On-site physician coverage provided from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with neonatal nurse practitioners (NNPs) covering 2 p.m. to 8 a.m.Equitable call rotation, with physician call-ins (30-minute response time).Supported by experienced NNPs and a dedicated NICU nursing staff.

Full-time schedule and employment through a leading national physician partner.

Opportunity to shape the unit's development and participate in ongoing quality improvement.

Visa sponsorship available (H-1B)QualificationsDoctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.

Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology.

Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
