The Department of Ophthalmology and Vision Science (at the University of Arizona-Tucson and Banner University Medical Group) is actively seeking an academic Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our growing department led by Dr. Jonathan M. Holmes.
Position DetailThe selected individual will be responsible for the management of comprehensive ophthalmology patients. Clinical services are provided at the Banner University Medicine Ophthalmology Clinic in Tucson and two medical center campuses located within 15 minutes from the clinic. Our residency program has 4 residents per year, and an enthusiastic commitment to teaching is desired. The preferred candidate will also have clinical research interests.
The position will also include a faculty appointment at the University of Arizona consistent with their credentials, including a generous tuition discount for the applicant and immediate family members.
Minimum Requirements- American Board of Ophthalmology certified or eligible
